The User has a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to exchange or return the item if they are not satisfied with it.

Once the item is received at our facilities, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If it is not, it will be returned to the customer, and the full amount will be charged.

Likewise, if the User decides to cancel an order, they must contact us by sending an email to bezdikianbrand@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount less the payment platform processing fee.

Types of returns

a) Standard returns: If the User is not satisfied with the purchased item, they may return it within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Return or exchange shipping costs will be the User's responsibility.

b) Returns due to defects: This return will be free of charge for defects not detailed in the description or visible in the photographs. Likewise, the User must return the item within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Steps to follow to make a return

1. Send an email to bezdikianbrand@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wrap the package securely to prevent damage and wait for pickup. You must provide us with the pickup date and address.

3. Once we receive the item at our facilities, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sent. If so, we will send you an email informing you that we have accepted your return.

4. You will receive your refund within approximately 3 to 5 business days. The estimated time may vary depending on the bank.
