Brand History: The Spanish fashion house LOEWE was founded in Madrid in 1846 as a cooperative among a group of artisans. LOEWE evolved and grew over the centuries, producing iconic pieces and demonstrating a strong creative capacity with its wide range of designs. In 1970, artist Vicente Vela created the LOEWE logo, consisting of four interlocking "Ls." Since 2013, Jonathan Anderson has been Loewe's creative director, continuing the company's high standards since its inception.
